This area is for the BIAQ staff to lodge tickets around IT issues.
You MUST submit a ticket to receive Helpdesk support from the IT Officer.

• To lodge a new ticket, click "Submit new problem".
• To view / modify your existing ticket, enter the ticket number and the email address associated with the initial ticket.
• Please enter information in all the fields.
• In the description box, please outline the IT issue as comprehensively as you can, including any outcomes or specific needs around the issue.
